Catch Up

The DeMoss Family is back!

Life has just been a little crazy this last year. It is almost a blur. So here is a little blurb about our last year.

In September 2014 we went on a vacation to Indiana. We had a great time. Jackson loved every minute of it. We hung out with family and Jeff and I got to have a night alone without kids in Indianapolis thanks to Nana and Paps.

A couple weeks later I found out I was pregnant. I was in shock and excited that I was able to get pregnant again.

After that the year was a blur. I had horrible morning sickness and was just trying my best to survive this pregnancy being a Mom and having a Daycare. My goal this year is to blog more. I want to keep family updated and keep track of some of our memories. I am still trying to get used to being a mom of two and making sure I at least get a shower a day :) BUT These two make it all worth it.

Mothers Day.

I was so excited that Jeff had Mothers Day off! That was a gift in itself! We had a beautiful day. It was so nice to spend that time with both my boys. 

Jackson and Jeff made me a little garden! I love it. It adds a little green to our brown boring backyard.

 Jackson really enjoys helping me water them. He is one hard worker, it is pretty funny to watch him try to move the huge watering can around. He never gives up though.

I am so thankful that I get to be Jackson's Mother. He always shows me unconditional love and patience. I have no idea what I am doing.  I sometimes get frustrated and tired, but he always loves me. I will forever be grateful for the person he has made me become and I wish the days would slow down so I can savor every moment. I love you little man, Thank you for letting me be your mom.

The Helmet.

In March of 2014 Jackson graduated from wearing his helmet! It was a long eight months but we are so happy we did it. Most of the months it was honestly easy, we got used to it and were in a routine with how it was to be washed, etc. 

They did a before and after scan and I have to say the results are pretty amazing.

 I am so grateful for the helmet. I would have felt even more guilty that we didn't catch his Torticollis soon enough if we were not able to help correct it.  Also I think Mr. J is pretty happy about not having to wear it anymore!

Family Night at the Zoo

Tmc put on a family night at the Tucson zoo for the employees.  Jeff and I were pretty excited to take Jackson. 

They provided some Hot dogs for dinner. Jackson's favorite! he enjoyed a whole one himself! After that we walked around the zoo and let Jackson run wild (out of the stroller)

This is the first time we have gone to the zoo and he noticed the animals. He loved them.

 They had live music and Jackson wasn't sure what to think about it.

 Getting this kid to smile at the camera is so hard. He says cheese the whole time but will not look at us!

 They had a turtle out that you could touch. it took some convincing to pet it. After he was pretty proud of himself!

                           

 They also had a little play area that he loved, he just couldn't figure out how to get out of the tunnel.........

 So he would get mad haha

 We also got to see some baby ducks!

The weather was perfect, Jackson was in a great mood, which made one perfect night!

Catch up

We are back!

I can not believe it is already may! I feel like we just had Christmas. sorry I have not blogged in awhile. Life is busy.

Jeff is working full time at the fire station and part time at the Hospital. We like him working part time at the hospital because we have him around more.

I have my daycare and love it! 

Jackson is loving life and is one busy little man. I don't think he ever sits still.

Here is some little things about Mr. J as of lately

He loves to be silly. He tries to make us laugh everyday.

He loves syrup.

loves to get dirty.

loves to stick his tongue out all the time.

loves Markers.

meet blankie. he now has to sleep with lovie, blankie and bobbie.

he only likes the swings at the park.

he loves the vacuum. 

He likes to french kiss bailey. It is gross.
