100 things about me!

My best girlie who is also my cousin did this on her blog. It was really fun to read....alot of it I already knew about her....but some I didn't. So to cure some boredom, I figured I would do it too.

1. I have a love for Cow Creamers.....I think they are adorable.
2. My favorite color is pink....any shade...I just love pink.
3. My favorite flowers are Peonies.

4. I love cooking!
5. I love baking! because the end result is always yummy!
6. I like to sleep right in the middle of the bed.....This was a huge adjustment when I got married lol That is why I am grateful we have a king size one now!
7. I love working out once I get started.
8. I still have a huge crush on the backstreet boys.
9. I love to sing.
10. I love to dance like crazy when no one is home!
11. When I am home alone and cooking I pretend im on a cooking show.....try it....it is way fun
12. I always have my toes painted.
13. I love jewelry and have alot of it....but I tend to stick to my favorites I wear everyday.
14. I love black clothing....I tend to buy alot of it!
15. I have to eat chocolate every day, if i don't I cant stop thinking about it!
16. All my clothing in the closet is organized by colors......it has to be that way....I have tried to mix the colors and I freak out alittle.....wow im weird.
17. I love the ocean! But I don't like getting in it.

18. I have been to the place where Huey lewis and the news practice there music... I used there bathroom and it was the worst and dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in. gag.

Pure Excitement!

Jeff and I have been working hard these past few years to pay off bills and save for one of our dreams......a House. After years of waiting and dreaming. I am very happy to announce we are building a house! We are beyond excited.

Here is the place of our future home!

We have been house hunting these past few months. Hoping we would get pre-approved this year. One Saturday morning  a few weeks ago I just mentioned to Jeff......That on the way home from the fire station one day I saw these model homes I wanted to see. We didn't have much planned that day....so we figure what the heck lets just go look. Well we fell in love. It was the only house we both just loved. We love everything about it. We talked to the people and were starting to realize that this might really happen. We found out today that we are approved and they are going to start building in a couple of weeks!

It is the perfect location. It is half way between the two fire stations that Jeff works at. We will be close to our family and friends. We are looking forward to these next busy months. The house should be done in September.

We have found a new love for DIY network and have talked about the things we want to do to it, until we are tired of hearing ourselves talk. We are truly blessed. When its done....we will invite you all for a party! lol

Before and After

I have always struggled with my weight. I love food. I love cooking it and I love eating it. Jeff and I a couple of years ago adopted a healthier lifestyle. It was a huge lifestyle change. But we feel it was well worth it.

I went to the doctor a couple of years ago and she told me that I had high blood pressure and I needed to loose some weight. This really freaked me out. I was at a loss on where to start to loose weight and I had no idea how to do it. We were living in a apartment at the time and they had a gym. So I started walking three times a week and tried to learn how to cook healthier foods. I started to drop some weight and I began trying some new workouts. I found that other then the weight loss, I had so much more energy and I was so much more happy.

The other day I was looking through some old pictures and it was pretty shocking how different Jeff and I look. So I thought I would share some before and afters with you.

We are very proud of our selves and how much work we put in to change. Every day is a challenge. We want to be able to be healthy and live longer for each other. This has been one of the best accomplishments we have done together. Most of all I am very proud and grateful for my hubby....for all the support and inspiration he gave me to reach my goal!

We sold one of the wives.......

We figured she was a 10 cow wife....and we needed the cows.......We are both alittle sad about her going.....but I was pretty happy because she had more junk in the trunk then me......I have to admit....I was alittle jealous.

The good new.....We sold her to my brother....so we can always visit. :)
